From the Team

What our people say.

Three honest perspectives from current team members at different stages of the Griffin pathway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

I came in with zero sales experience. Six months later I was running my own team. The training is real and the people genuinely want you to succeed.

The best thing about Griffin is that your effort is what determines your trajectory. There's no politics, no waiting your turn — if you do the work, you move up.

I was nervous about direct sales before I started. Three months in I'd hit my targets, made real friends, and seen my confidence shift in every part of my life.

Application Questions

Before you apply.

The questions we get asked most by candidates considering Griffin.

Do I need experience to apply? +
No. We hire for attitude and coachability. Most of our top performers had no prior sales experience when they joined — what they had was drive, willingness to learn, and the discipline to show up every day.
How does the pay structure work? +
The Independent Sales Agent role is performance-based, with weekly payouts tied directly to verified results. There are no ceilings — your earnings reflect your output. Full structure and indicative ranges are explained transparently during the interview.
What does a typical day look like? +
A morning briefing and skills session at the office, deployment to your assigned territory or activation site for the day, and an end-of-day debrief. Most days run 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with optional extended hours for those targeting faster progression.
Do I need my own car? +
Not at entry level. Most of our team uses public transport or carpools. Once you progress to Team Leader, having your own transport becomes useful for managing multiple sites.
Is the role full-time? +
Yes. We hire on a full-time, exclusive basis. The development pathway requires consistency — part-time arrangements aren't a fit for the role or the model.
What documents do I need to bring to the interview? +
Your ID, your most recent CV, and proof of your highest qualification. We'll send a confirmation email with full details once your interview is scheduled.
If I'm not selected, can I apply again later? +
Absolutely. If we don't move forward this time, we'll explain why where we can. Many of our current team applied more than once before joining — keep developing and try again in six months.
